Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Services of the Site would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.

This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the site. The site provides the online shopping platform wherein the Users can purchase/buy the products and services listed on it pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. deFreshBox reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer. Our products are liable for taxes, as applicable in India.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, differance will be charged at the time of the delivery of the order.
All prices on this web site are given in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.

We have made every effort to display the pictures of our products that appear on the Website & Mobile App as accurately as possible. However, the pictures used are for reference purposes only and actual products may vary.
Out of Stock situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However, in case this is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 1 business day and give you the option to exchange / replacement or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Cancellation
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order, via ‘cancel’ option available on our portal or by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Any refund may take upto 10 days from date of cancellation or time specified by the bank for online payments. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Return & Refunds
Products once sold will not be taken back or refunded. Our return policy entitles all our members to return the product only at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit voucher for the value of the return products. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. We shall not refund any amount via cash or bank transfer. We may change our Return & Refund policy from time to time without any prior notification. All updates will be included in this document time to time.
Delivery Terms
The delivery will be at the address indicated at the time of the order; we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. In the event of a non-delivery occurring on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) redelivery charges shall be claimed from you.
We will contact customers who opted for Cash on Delivery & first-time customers to confirm the date, time & address of delivery. You will be required to provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested from you. deFreshBox reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
You authorise deFreshBox to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account. You are accessing the services available on this site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering any transaction through this Site.
Before placing an order, you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description. We shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
Delivery Timings
We endeavour to deliver every order at the earliest. However, our standard delivery time is 4 (four) hours for most of the products. If we are not able to deliver any product on time due to unexpected reasons, we shall call our customer and with consent of the customer we may deliver in split phases or modify or cancel items from the order.
We have fixed timing for deliveries (Normal Scenario).
Your order will be delivered in morning (9am – 1pm) / afternoon (2pm – 6pm) / evening (6pm – 9pm) slots.
COVID Restricted Delivery Timing: 9am to 2pm
Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered on next day.
We offer free delivery on orders above ₹999 (Unless free delivery offer is mentioned)
Suspension due to non-compliance with Agreement
deFreshBox has the right in its sole discretion to either temporarily or indefinitely or suspend or terminate user membership, and/or refuse to provide user with access to the Site, without prior intimation whatsoever, under following circumstances –
Modification & Termination
deFreshbox may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the Site. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on the Site. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this Site.
This agreement is valid unless User/ You or deFreshBox terminate this. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, with or without cause, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site/App. However, deFreshBox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services offered on the site or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or deFreshBox, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site/App. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
